Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, guests will receive a confirmation email detailing their reservation, including room type, dates of stay, and payment information. It is imperative to review this confirmation and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. A confirmed booking guarantees the room type selected, although specific room assignments are subject to availability upon check-in.


Payment Policy

Each booking must be secured with an 50% advance payment, balance amount is expected to be paid before 3 days of arrival. Without 100% payment check-in will not be processed. We accept cash, cards, and UPI's. In case of any payment issues, the reservation team will contact the guest for resolution. Any balance payments incurred by guests or accompanied guests has to be paid in full at the time of checkout.


Special Requests

Guests are welcome to make special requests at the time of booking, such as bed preferences, dietary needs, or transportation services. While we strive to accommodate all requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Our team will do its utmost to ensure your preferences are met to enhance your stay.


Group Bookings

For group bookings of five rooms or more, special rates and additional terms may apply. We encourage guests to contact our reservations team directly to discuss their requirements. Group bookings may require a signed agreement and a deposit to secure the reservation.


Changes to Bookings

Modifications to bookings, including date changes and room type upgrades, are subject to availability and the resort’s discretion. Any changes must be communicated to . Additional charges may apply for modifications, especially during peak seasons.


Cancellation Policy

Amount paid towards booking will not be refunded under any circumstances. It will be adjusted for the future bookings within a 3 month period from the booking date. Cancellation/Amendments requests must be made 15 days prior to arrival date.

Accommodation Policies


Room Types and Availability

Aranyaani Resort Pench offers 3 and 4 Bedroom Villas. Individual rooms inside the villas can also be booked subject to availability. Room types are subject to availability at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to book early to secure their preferred room type.


Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 02:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued Photo ID with address for all the occupants including children and the booking confirmation upon check-in.


Room Occupancy

Room occupancy limits are strictly enforced for the safety and comfort of all guests. All our rooms have a king sized bed which can accomodate 2 adults. Extra beds can be provided upon prior request, at an additional costs.


Children and Extra Beds

Children under 6 years of age (as per ID proof) stay free when sharing a room with their parents, using existing bedding. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability. Charges for extra beds and cribs will be applied as per the resort’s rate policy.


Room Amenities

All rooms are equipped with standard amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi is subject to availability due to remote location. Additional amenities, slippers, hair dryer, shaving kit, dental kit and are provided upon request. Guests are requested to inform the front desk of any missing or malfunctioning amenities immediately upon check-in.


Housekeeping

All the villas are cleaned on daily basis by the house keeping department as per their work routine. Incase you want your villa/room to be cleaned in your presence only, kindly notify the reception, or your butler the night prior so the same can be co-ordinated.


Noise and Disturbances

In keeping with forest area regulations, all guests are requested to maintain peace and quiet and shutdown any loud sound generating equipments after 10PM. The resort management reserves the right to request guests to shutdown any musical instrument at any point of time during the day keeping in mind the ambience and other guests needs.


Pets Policy

Pets are welcomed in Aranyaani resort, but they are to be kept inside your villa during the entire duration of your stay. Under no circumstance can any pet be allowed in any common public area at any time of the day.


Damages and Losses

Guests are responsible for any damages to the resort property by them or by guests accompanied by them or by any support staff employed by them during their stay. The resort management reserves the right to recover charges towards the same at the time of check-out. The Resort management decision in regards to these matters are final. Guests are encouraged to report any damages or maintenance issues to the front desk immediately.


Liquor Policy

Guests are not allowed to carry or consume any alcoholic beverage purchased or bought outside the resort. We have a in-house full service bar operates between 10:30AM to 10:30 PM at your service subject to dry day regulations. The resort management reserves the right to provide age proof before serving any alcoholic beverage.


Indemnity Policy

The resort management will not be responsible, for any physical harm caused to any occupants, by any wild animals, reptiles etc. The guests are requested to be aware and take all precautions while moving around the resort during their stay.


The Resort management will not be responsible for any damage done to guest property or bodily harm during their stay at the resort by any act of god like flooding, lightning, storm or electrocution. The resort management will not be responsible for lost or theft of their belongings . Guests are requested to safe guard their belongings at the resort. Guests are welcomed to use the resort swimming pool from 8AM -6PM keeping in mind their own safety. Children below 18 years must be accompanied by their parents and guardians. The resort management will be responsible for any loss or damage in case of any violations of the same. We use the freshest and the choicest of ingredients for preparing the meals that are served to our guests. The resort management will not entertain any claims by guests, for any physical illness, as a result of consuming the same.
